CRICOTEKA Museum of Tadeusz Kantor

The building of Cricoteka in Krakow was opened in a former electric plant and displays the art of Tadeusz Kantor. A half of its space is arranged to resemble a theatre (Tadeusz Kantor was not only a painter or performer, but mainly a theatre director), the other half is housing the regular exhibition of Cricoteka. The building plays with reflections and perception, changing its shape depending on the angle or time of day. Placed on the riverbank of Vistula river it marks the outline of the city.
